On 23 January 2026, nearly 50 people in person and 17 via videoconference gathered at the Grand Amphitheatre of Polytech Dijon (University of Burgundy Europe) to participate in the Parlons Parité round table, organised by the ICB Laboratory (thanks to Alice Martin, gender equality officer). It was a morning of rich discussion centred on a widely shared observation: gender inequality permeates all aspects of society, from childhood to the justice system, including education, health and the world of work.
